App Keeps Crashing?
Here's How to Fix It
If the app won't open, keeps closing on its own, or freezes up — you're in the right place. Most crashes are easy to fix.
Most Likely Cause:
About 9 times out of 10, crashes happen because you're on an old version or the cache is corrupted.
Why the App Keeps Closing
Check these three things first. They fix most crashing issues.
Old Version
This is the #1 cause. Older versions don't work well with the current servers, so they crash.
Bad Cache Data
Over time, junk data builds up. Clearing the app cache often fixes random crashes.
Internet Problems
If your WiFi is choppy or keeps disconnecting, the app might crash. Try switching to mobile data to test.
Fixes for Specific Devices
📱 Android Phones
On Android 14, make sure you've allowed "Notifications" and "Storage" permissions.
For older phones with low memory, close other apps first.
📺 FireStick, Mi Box & Smart TV
Check if you have enough storage space. On FireStick, crashes usually mean you need a clean reinstall using "Downloader".
💻 BlueStacks / PC
Switch the emulator to "Compatibility Mode" (OpenGL) in settings. This usually fixes rendering crashes.
⚠️ Error Codes
Getting Error 403? That's a geo-block, use a VPN.
Seeing "App not installed"? Delete the old version first, then install fresh.
Specific Crash Situations
Your phone is killing the app to save battery. Go to Settings > Battery > Yacine TV > select "Don't optimize".
The video player is the problem. Install YTV Player or MX Player from the Play Store and set it as default.
Try this: 1. Uninstall the app. 2. Restart your phone. 3. Download fresh from our site. 4. Install again.
This usually means your internet is unstable. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
Here's the thing — you don't need to log in! Just skip it. Login is optional and often causes issues.
Tried everything? A fresh install usually fixes it.
